| 摘 要： | 由于新投产大塘110 kV变电站电气设计部分与旧变电站相比较,有较大的差异,特别是二次电压回路的电压信号采集。为避免运行人员习惯性操作造成不能实现备投功能等情况发生,对大塘110 kV备用电源自动投入系统的结构、功能和运行工艺进行研究分析。着重要求运行维护单位在编写大塘110 kV变电站运行维护规程时一定要注意Ⅰ、Ⅱ段母线TV投入和Ⅰ、Ⅱ段母线TV并列的逻辑条件,运行人员要认真学习运行维护规程,熟悉变电站设备的特性,严格按照规程进行操作。同时为运行维护单位编写运行维护规程提供依据,也为类似工程提供有益的经验借鉴及参考。

| Abstract: | The electrical part of new Datang 110kV substation is very different from the old one,especially in the signal acquisition of the secondary voltage circuit.The paper makes an analysis on the structure,function and operation process of the automatic connection system for the Datang 110kV reserved power supply in order to avoid maloperation caused by habitual operation.The Operation and Maintenance Company shall notice the logic conditions of TV connection and TV parallel of phase-I and phase-II bus in compiling the operation and maintenance regulations for the 110kV Datang substation.The operation personnel shall seriously study the operation and maintenance regulations,familiar with the characteristics of substation equipment and follow the regulations strictly.This example can be referenced by similar projects and by the Operation and Maintenance Company in compiling the operation and maintenance regulations. |
