Abstract:Currently at home and abroad,medium-length hole blasting is the main production step in the mining process of open-air mine,and reducing boulder yield during the medium-length hole blasting to remove ore is an important subject.This article combining the production practice in Huang Mailing open-air phosphate bench blasting and considering influence factors such as the parameters of blasting effect,deeply analyzes the main position and causes of the generating of boulder.Meanwhile,according to the actual operating situation and theoretical research,this article proposes a series of solving measures such as combining single-hole and once triggered,"V" type or Slash detonating network,forming a layer of cavity between explosive pellet,obstruction and so on to ensure the smooth production.
