线性聚能装药结构的数值仿真优化

摘    要:以药型罩开口50 mm为例,利用LS—DYNA对线性聚能装药侵彻钢板的性能进行了数值模拟,通过对装药结构多次正交优化,得到的最终设计方案为三锥形外锥的药型罩,并得到了对应的装药结构,使数值仿真的侵彻过程中射流没有拉断现象,侵彻效果超过了药型罩母线长度的2倍以上(药型罩开口的1.5倍以上)。

Abstract:The simulations on the penetration performance of linear shaped charge with the hatch of 50mm into steel target were carried out With LS—DYNA software.Based on the multiple orthogonal optimization,three tapered shaped structure was chosen as charge structure.With the optimized configuration,the phenomenon of jet during penetration process disappeared in the simulation,and the penetration depth is more than 2 times of the generatrix’s length.
