氨水提高金精矿氰化金银浸出率的研究与应用实践

摘    要:采用边磨边浸、富氧氰化工艺处理金精矿,在原生产工艺条件不变情况下,在一段磨矿加入适量的氨水,可以强化银金矿浸出,提高金、银的浸出率,抑制铜浸出和提高氰化钠有效利用率。与不加氨水相比,金氰化浸出率提高了0.47%,银浸出率提高了5.33%,铜浸出率降低了6.50%。

Abstract:In Jinzhou Company a process of leaching-in-milling plus oxygen-rich cyanidation is used to treat its gold concentrate, and a research was carried out and put into practice where ammonia was added as a leaching pro- moter to improve gold and silver leaching recovery. Keeping original cyanidation operation conditions without any change, the addition of certain amount of ammonia at the mill feeding plays roles in enhancing gold recovery, con- straining copper from leaching, and improving utilization of cyanide, with the gold leaching recovery being increased by 0.47 %, silver by 5.33 %, and the copper leaching being down by 6.50 % , which results in better economic benefits.
