水性含氟树脂的制备及其耐候性能的研究

摘    要:以三氟氯乙烯,乙烯基醚、酯类为主要单体,通过溶液聚合后乳化法制备了含氟树脂的水分散体。研究了树脂的氟含量和固化剂的添加对涂膜耐候性能的影响。光老化试验测试结果表明,树脂氟含量的提高、添加固化剂均能提高涂膜的光稳定性,其中氟含量是影响其耐候性的决定因素。

Abstract:Fluorinated resin dispersions, which based on chlorotrifluoroethylene, vinyl ethers and vinyl ester as major monomers, are prepared by emulsification after solution polymerization. The influences of weatherability on the film with the fluorine content and curing agent are discussed. The results of UV light aging test show that higher fluorine content and addition to curing agent both advance weatherability of resin film, but fluorine content is decisive factor.
