| Abstract: | Theoretical models of the potential distribution in rectangular semiconductor samples that characterize the features of passage of an electric current in anisotropic media were obtained. A method for joint measurements of components of the tensors of the electric conductivity and Hall coefficient of anisotropic semiconductor films was proposed. |
