海底光缆绝缘层监测系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对海底光缆的绝缘故障,设计了一种以ATmega16单片机为控制核心的绝缘在线监测系统.该系统能及时发现绝缘故障并报警,从而有效消除海缆的安全隐患.文中阐述了海缆绝缘层监测系统的基本原理,给出了硬件部分的具体设计方法,同时对硬件电路中的高压开关电源的设计进行了详细描述.实验结果表明,该系统能够完成对海底光缆绝缘性能的测量.
