铅酸蓄电池容量恢复电解液添加剂的研究

摘    要:外壳没有鼓胀变形、尚有一定容量的旧铅酸蓄电池,加入电解液总量1%~2%的PA添加剂,经若干次充放电,可恢复到额定容量96.7%~102.5%,恢复率达86.7%,容量恢复后的循环使用寿命为新铅酸蓄电池的1/2左右.

Abstract:The effects of PA additive on recovering well-shaped old lead-acid battery with certain capacity were studied. Adding PA additive with the amount of 1%-2% of electrolyte, then discharging and charging several times, the batteries could be recovered 96.7%-102.5% of rating capacity, and the recovery proportion reached 86.7%, while their cycle life was about half of the new ones.
