| 摘 要： | 何首乌保健发泡冲剂以何首乌为主要原料,添加白砂糖,柠檬酸,香精等辅料,经调配、过滤、浓缩、干燥、灭菌、包装等工序加工而成,其色泽美观、口感较好、风味独特、溶解和发泡性较好,具有较强的保健作用。

| Abstract: | With Polygonum multiflorum Thuno as the major component and sugar, citric acid. essence blowing agent as the assistant ones, the product was prepared by a series of procedures consistied of filtration, concentration , drying, sterilization. It has a beautiful appearance, delicious taste and flavor. It serves health-care functions as well. |
