摘    要:介绍某污水处理厂无粘结预应力沉淀池内力测试技术 ,理论计算无粘结预应力筋的有效应力及其在池壁上产生的等效荷载。采用ANSYS有限元程序对池内注水前后的分析与现场测试结果的对比结果表明 ,通过在沉淀池池壁中建立有效预加应力 ,满足了沉淀池的正常使用要求

Abstract:This article briefly introduces the load monitor technology of a prestressed wastewater treatment factory.The effective stresses of unbonded prestressed tendond and the equivalent loads of pool section are calculated.Though comparing the results of pouring water experiment and analysis by ANSYS 5.7,the reasons that cause errors are brought forward.The comparison also shows that the effective stresses are erected on the section of sediment pool and the sediment pool can conform with the requirement.
