从设计心理学和环境行为学的角度对办公空间室内设计中的心理环境因素进行了分析，指出在办公空间室内设计中应尤为关注领域感与个人空间、距离感与就座选择、安全感与方位感、私密性及公共性等心理环境因素，并结合具体的设计实例进行了论述，试图对办公空间设计提供参考和借鉴，从而更全面地体现以人为本的设计思想．

REASERCH ON THE PSYCHOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT FACTORS IN OFFICE SPACE INTERIOR DESIGN

The article carries on the analysis and the research on the psycology environment factors from the design psychology and the environment-behavior science angle. The article proposed that the following four aspects as the territorial sense and personal space, the sense of distance and seating option, the security sense and the position feeling, the privacy and the public, should be focused on in the practice of office interior design. It attempts to provide reference to office space design practice, hence to carry out the design theory of peopleoriented.
