摘    要:目的 :探讨江西野生金缕梅、木、中华蜡瓣花、枫香四种金缕梅科植物提取物对强紫外线照射致小鼠皮肤光老化的防护作用。方法 :紫外线光纤仪照射昆明种小鼠皮肤 ,用比色法测定小鼠皮肤组织的脂质过氧化产物———丙二醛的含量。结果 :外涂能明显降低组织中丙二醛的含量 (p <0 .0 5 )。结论 :该四种金缕梅科植物提取物可防止皮肤由于暴露于紫外线而导致的炎症 ,减轻紫外线照射引起的自由基损伤

Abstract:Object: To lnvestigate the protective effect of wild hamamelis mollis, loropetalum chinese(R.Rr.)oliv, corylopsis sinensis and liquidambar formosana in Jangxi on mice skin photoaging inducd by strong UV irradiation.Method:The content of lipid peroxidation products malondialdehyde in the skin of mice was examined with colorimetry.Result:Smearing these four plants could signiflcantly reduce the concentration of malondialdehyde in UV irradiation induced skin photoaging mice.Conclusion:The extractive contents from these four plants could avoid inflammation and alleviate free radicals injury of mice skin resulted from UV irradiation.
