双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰三聚氰胺盐的合成及表征

摘    要:以双三羟甲基丙烷和三氯氧磷、三聚氰胺为原料合成了双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰三聚氰胺盐氮-磷复合型阻燃剂。考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应物原料配比对产品收率的影响。结果表明,当三氯氧磷和双三羟甲基丙烷以摩尔比为3,在70℃下反应5 h,然后三聚氰胺和生成的双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰酯以摩尔比4,在85℃下反应5 h时,产品双三羟甲基丙烷双磷酰三聚氰胺的平均收率为77.07%。并通过红外光谱和热重分析,表征了产物的结构与性质。

Abstract:The title product was prepared using ditrimethylolpropane,phosphorus oxychloride and melamine as main raw materials.Effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,mole ratio of raw materials on the yield of the product were investigated.The results showed when 70℃,5 h and the mol ratio of phosphorus oxychloride/ditrimethylolpropane was 3 during the first reaction,and when 85 ℃,5 h,and the mol ratio of melamine/ditrimethylolpropyl diphosphonyl ester was 3 during the second reaction,the average yield of the end product was 77.07%.The producti's structure and properties were characterized by IR spectroscopy and gravitational thermal analysis respectively.
