脉冲电场对Al-5.6%Cu合金柱状晶间距的影响

摘    要:运用定向凝固方法,在凝固过程中将脉冲电场平行地作用于Al-5.6%Cu合金柱状晶的生长方向上,考察了不同脉冲电场电压及冷却速度对柱状晶间距的影响.试验结果表明:随着脉冲电场电压的升高,柱状晶间距呈直线上升的趋势;冷速越大,不同脉冲电场时的柱状晶间距与原始状态下柱状晶间距差值的变化幅度越大,即脉冲电场作用效果对冷速的响应越明显.

Abstract:Impulse electric field has been parallel-acted on the columnar crystal growth direction of Al-5.6%Cu Alloy in the process of solidification by using the directional solidification mean, in order to observe the effect of different impulse electric field voltages and the cooling velocities on the columnar crystal spacing. The experimental results showed that the columnar crystal spacing presented a tendency of straight climb with the increase of impulse electric field voltage. With the increase of cooling velocity, the difference between the columnar crystal spacing under the function of different impulse electric field and the columnar crystal spacing at the reset condition varied within wide limits, namely the response of the action effect of impulse electric field on cooling velocity was more obvious.
