摘    要:本文从研究MLS3626内循环生料立磨的工况现状出发,分析系统能耗高的原因,提出对其进行外循环提产降耗技改的两种路线,分别为半外循环与纯外循环系统改造路线,旨在获得更佳的生料磨系统能耗指标与经济效益;另外,对于降耗需求不高的用户提出了一种“小快灵”的技改模式。

MLS3626 raw material vertical mill efficiency enhancement and consumption reduction technical renovation
Abstract:This article starts from studying the current operating conditions of MLS3626 internal circulation raw material vertical mill, analyzes the reasons for high system energy consumption, and proposes two routes for external circulation production increase and consumption reduction technical transformation, namely the semi external circulation and pure external circulation system transformation routes, aiming to obtain better energy consumption indicators and economic benefits of the raw material mill system; In addition, a "small, fast, and flexible" technological transformation mode has been proposed for users with low demand for consumption reduction.
