摘    要:要配制高性能混凝土,不仅要求水泥的强度要高,同时也要求水泥的标准稠度用水量要低,水泥与减水剂的相容性要好。通过选择低需水量的原材料,对粉磨装备工艺进行改进,对工艺操作参数进行优化改善颗粒级配等措施实现了水泥标准稠度需水量的有效降低。

Experiences on reducing the water demand for cement standard consistency
Abstract:To prepare high-performance concrete, it is not only required that the strength of the cement be high, but also that the standard consistency of the cement require low water consumption and good compatibility between the cement and the water reducing agent. By selecting raw materials with low water demand, improving the grinding equipment process, optimizing process operating parameters, and improving particle grading, effective measures have been taken to reduce the water demand for cement standard consistency.
