| 摘 要： | 神头第二发电厂灰浆泵系统中采用定速泵，存在很多缺陷，如采用PLC控制的内反馈串级调速系统对其进行改造，可从根本上改善灰浆泵的运行条件，解决运行中渣浆池抽空、溢流、出口调节门磨损等问题，实现无人看守状态下运行安全、节能、高效的目的。

| Abstract: | There are many limitation in the ash and slurry control system of Shentou Second Power Plant.If adopt inner feedback speed regulation system by PLC control,so can improve running condition of ash and slurry pump,solve the problem of ash and slurry pond deflation,flooding,adjustable valve frequently wearing etc.It achieved the aims of safety energy saving,high efficiency in automatic running condition with no man watching. |
