| 摘 要： | 介绍了静电植绒丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂的合成方法，通过加入内交联单体而提高乳液胶粘剂的耐洗性和耐磨性，制得固含量３８％－４０％〈ｐＨ值６．５－７．５，粘度８－１３Ｐａ．ｓ，牢度符合国标的胶粘剂。

| Abstract: | A type of emulsion adhesive of Z 98 polyacrylate used for electrostatic flocking was prepared..The properties of washing fastness and rubbing fastness could be improved by adding selfcrosslinking monomer.This article discussed the influence of the dosages of selfcrosslinking monomer,the thickness of adhesive layer and stoving temperature on adhesive strength.Obtained an adhesive which solid content is 38%40%, value of pH is 6.57.5, viscosity is 813 Pas,fastness tally with GB. |
