复合材料身管非线性热弹性有限元分析

摘    要:针对复合材料身管的热弹性问题,采用非线性有限元方法,建立了复合材料身管非线性热弹性有限元模型,通过对复合材料模拟身管进行非线性热弹性分析,得出了物性参数随温度变化对身管瞬态温度场分布、瞬态热应力和固有频率的影响规律,这些规律为复合材料身管动态热性能设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to study the thermo-elastic problem of a composite material barrel,the nonlinear thermo-elastic model was established by the nonlinear finite element method.The results,obtained through nonlinear thermo-elastic analysis for the simulated composite barrel,show the regularity of the influence of physical property parameter variation with temperature on transient temperature distribution,transient thermal stress as well as natural frequency of the barrel,which provides theoretical foundation for dynamic thermal performance design of composite material barrel.
