Abstract:The development of high capacity silicon-containing anode material in lithium-ion batteries was discussed in this paper. The preparing processes of silicon-containing type anode materials were introduced. The performances of different type materials such as Si/Metal, SiOx(0< x <2), Si/C and so on, were analyzed and compared. The modification of electrochemical performance for different types of silicon-containing electrode material were clarified.
