| 摘 要： | 通过分析河北国华定洲发电公司1号锅炉炉水循环泵出口阀平衡管角焊缝泄漏原因,提出平衡管增加厚壁管接头的改造方案,经理论分析及实践证明,该方案是可行的,可以在类似焊接结构的部件中推广使用。

| Abstract: | Through analysis on the leakage causes of the fillet welding on the circulating pump outlet valve equalizer pipe joint of Hebei Guohua Dingzhou Electric Power Cope.ration No. 1 boiler, the modification plan to add a thicker wall pipe joint to the equalizer pipe are proposed. Based on the theoretical analysis and practical applications, the method is feasible, and can be widdy employed to that parts with similar welding structures. |
