| 摘 要： | 在NR及NR／BR并用胶中对DR，Z－210和增塑剂A这3种不同品牌的不饱和脂肪酸锌盐类加工助剂做了应用研究。该类加工助剂对改善橡胶的加工特性有显著的效果，同时可提高抗硫化返原性，降低能耗，对硫化胶物理性能影响不大，是一种综合效果较好的加工助剂。

| Abstract: | The application of three types of unsaturated fatty acid zinc salt-like processing aids DR,Z-210 and plasticizer A to NR or NR/BR blend was investigated.The results showed that the processibility of rubber compound was significantly improved,at the same time the anti-reversion was increased,the energy consumption was decreased without affecting the physical properties of vulcanizate by adding anyone of the said processing aids. |
