| 摘 要： | 分析了20年来无锡发展环境的变化和城市总体规划的变迁,总结了二者的内在关系;探索了城市规划与经济社会发展的互动关系,从城市规划的政策性、适应性等方面着手,分析规划变迁的原因;从时间、空间、约束和服务等方面,提出新时期无锡城乡规划体系的优化方向。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the change of development environment and the evolution of master plans of Wuxi in last two decades and summarizes the interaction between them. Then it explores the interaction of urban planning and social-economic development, and examines the reasons of planning evolution in the aspects of policy and adaptability. At last it indicates the direction of optimizing the urban-rural system in Wuxi in the new era from the angle of time, space, restrictions and service. |
