| 摘 要： | 工程投标是一项需要消耗人力，物力、财务和时间的工作，施工企业若不加选择地对多个工程进行投标，一旦不能中标，势必造成企业人、财、物的浪费。本文讨论了工程投标的多参数决策问题，在主成分分析的基础上，建立了决策模型，并给出了应用实例。

| Abstract: | Making a tender for engineering is a work that needs a vast amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources. If a construction enterprise does not carefully think about making a tender for engineering, it will produce waste and sustain losses when making a tender meets with defeat. The comprehensive decision of making a tender for engineering is discussed in this paper. Based on the theory of chief component analysis, a comprehensive decision model is developed, and application example is presented. |
