摘    要:本文设计了新型的X光成像系统,它的核心部件X光影像增强器是一个混合型器件。该成像系统具有数字化、大视野成像和可移动的优点,成像视野在6-15英寸连续可调。在文中,对这种新型成像系统的成像性能进行了定量的评价,并给出了系统所成的图像。结果表明新型X光成像系统的性价比高,可以广泛应用在机场安检、工业探伤、无损检测等领域。

Abstract:A novel X-ray imaging system was designed and its key device is X-ray image intensifier tube, which is a vacuum and non-vacuum mixed device. The novel X-ray imaging system is a digital system, features large visual field and continuous zoom from 6 inch to 15 inch. The imaging performance of the novel X-ray imaging system is analyzed quantitatively and the images produced by the system are given. The image performance shows that the system features high performance to price ratio and can be applied in the fields of airport security inspection, industry flaw inspection, non-injurious detection and etc.
