郑王庄油田稠油试油技术及应用效果分析

根据郑王庄油田储层特征和原油密度大、粘度高、地层疏松、出砂严重等特点 ,在试油过程中做好地层预处理的同时 ,采用了APR全通径氮气垫测试工艺、地层与井筒复合防砂技术、井筒隔热技术、蒸汽吞吐技术和井筒加热举升稠油工艺技术 ,取得了较好的试油效果

Testing Technique′ for Dense Oil in Zhengwangzhuang Oilfield and Its Results Analysis

According to the reservoir characteristics of Zhenwangzhuang oilfield and the features of heavy density of crude oil,high viscosity,soft formation and seriously producing sand,at the same time of conducting pre-treatment to formation during test operation,the technology of using APR testing tools with liquid nitrogen cushion,combined sand control between formation and case,isolating heat against bore hole,steam taking in and out and of heated to bore hole for lifting dense oil,has achieved a better testing result.
