摘    要:脉冲技术是一门基础技术,它的应用非常广泛,如通信、自动控制技术、计算机技术、雷达技术等等,随着这些技术的发展,对脉冲信号的测量技术要求越来越高.文中论述如何对脉冲发生器主要参数测量不确定度进行评定.评定过程及结论可应用在计量标准进行相关特性的不确定度分析评定上.

Abstract:Pulse technology is a fundamental technology, which has wide application in many areas such as communication, automatic control, computer technology, radar technology and so on. As the development of these technologies, the requirement of the measurement technology to pulse signal becomes higher and higher, In this paper, the evaluation method of uncertainty of main parameters of pulse signal generator was discussed. The process and conclusion of the evaluation can be applied to the evaluation of uncertainty of relative specification of metrological standard.
