化学结合磷酸镁胶凝材料的研究及应用现状

摘    要:对磷酸镁胶凝材料(MPC)的组成、特点、水化机理、发展过程及应用现状等几个方面进行了介绍。磷酸镁胶凝材料通常为MgO粉料与磷酸盐(钠、钾、铵等磷酸盐)在弱酸性条件下通过化学反应形成以磷酸镁为主要黏结相的水泥质陶瓷材料。MPC既不同于传统的硅酸盐水泥,也不同于陶瓷材料,而是一种介于其间的新型化学结合胶凝材料。

Abstract:Magnesium phosphate cementitious was chemically bonded phosphate ceramics, which was formed by reacting MgO with a solution of alkali phosphate salt such as sodium, potassium or ammonium phosphate in an acid-based condition. The mechanism of setting reaction, the properties of the magnesium phosphate cement and the factors were presented. Also the development of its application were reviewed.
