摘    要:叙述了限动芯棒连轧管机的发展情况,从工艺使用角度论述不同时期限动芯棒连轧管机的特点。重点介绍了PQF连轧管机在生产工艺、设备结构等方面的特点。对PQF轧管机的牌坊及工作机架在轧管时所承受的轧制力进行了简要分析;讨论了相关工艺问题并展望了限动芯棒连轧管机的发展前景。

Abstract:Described in the article is the development history of the retained mandrel pipe mill, covering analysis of the features of the retained-mandrel pipe mill at different stages of its development from the point of view of technological application, and focusing on characteristics of PQF mill in manufacturing process and equipment configuration. The rolling force imposed upon the mill frame and the roll stand of PQF mill is also roughly analyzed, and relevant technological issues are discussed and the future development of such type of pipe-rolling mill is looked ahead.
