免上浆原液着色彩色涤纶FDY产品开发及其经济社会效益

摘    要:采用免上浆技术和原液着色技术,通过设计制造实现FDY长丝纱免浆能力网络结构的气流纤维集束器和增加FDY长丝纱微捻度的微加捻装置,在切片熔融纺丝生产设备上实现了免上浆原液着色彩色涤纶FDY产品开发。产品纱结构紧密,为提高生产效率、降低能耗等重要技术指标创造了有利条件。在纺织品加工过程中无需染色,减少了上浆工序,在后道印染工序中没有退浆废水的排放,污水排放中由于浆料原因产生的有机物也将不存在,这对于改善环境是十分有利的。

Abstract:Color polyester FDY products were developed with process of spared sizing and liquid coloring in the slice melting spinning machine through design and manufacture of the air flow fiber bundles and micro twisting device which realized FDY filament yarns from pulp ability network structure and increased micro twist.The yarn structure of product was compact and made a better condition for improving production efficiency,reducing the energy consumption and increasing other important technical indexes.Without dying process in textile processing,without emissions of organics and resizing wastewater in the back working procedure and reduced the sizing process,it was very favorable for the environment improvement.
