Aiming at the 2 nd period of 2 ×600 MW extension project of Shanxi Xingneng Power Generation LLC,this paper analyses the frequent wear and tear situation of 1 # front feed pump of 3 # unit from lubricating oil quality,equipment shortcomings,shaft center matching,rotor axial tampering,work backlash of bearings.It is improved and adjusted several times,and this technical problem is solved eventually.The solution enhances its own capacity to solve problems,insuring the stable operation of the unit,and enhances the economic benefits of the whole plant too.
