粗煤泥水力分级分选一体化设备的试验研究

摘    要: 针对粗煤泥水力分级分选设备研究发展状况,文中提出了一体化分选设备。通过对试验装置及工艺流程的开发设计,得出系统试验运行参数。制定系统设备的试验方法步骤,并对试验原煤样进行筛分实验分析,判断原煤样的粒级分布及分选性能。根据试验运行参数和试验步骤,对煤泥浓缩旋流器、TBS分选机溢流和底流进行取样并做筛分试验分析。得出该试验设备通过上升水流的作用实现不同粒级煤泥的分级分选功能。

Experimental Study on Coarse Coal Slime Hydraulic Classification Integrative Equipment
Abstract:Aiming at Coarse Coal Slime hydraulic classification development status, the paper put forward integrative classification equipment. The paper designed tester and technics flow, educed the whole experimentation system run parameter. The paper established experimentation system method process, analyzed original coal slime screen test, and judged original coal slime granularity distributing and select performance. Based on experimentation run parameter and process, the paper analyzed screen test for flooding and underset sample of condense circumvolve equipment and TBS separator. In conclusion, the study came true different granularity coal slime classification function by rise current process of the system equipment.
