膏体充填工作面顺槽超前支护优化研究

摘    要: 在现场实测的基础上,分析了膏体充填工作面的超前矿压显现特征,对顺槽超前支护方式进行了优化。实测研究表明,由于充填膏体对采空区覆岩有良好的支撑作用,岱庄煤矿2351膏体充填工作面矿山压力显现不太明显;护巷煤柱承受载荷不大,非生产帮侧矿压显现小于生产帮侧,工作面覆岩重力更多的作用在工作面前方煤壁和采空区的充填膏体上;工作面前方超前应力值和主要影响范围较小,超前压力主要影响范围小于15m。根据膏体充填工作面超前矿压显现特征,轨道顺槽超前支护由三排改为二排,每排支护长度由20m缩短为15m。采用优化后的超前支护方式,可大大降低工人的劳动强度,提高充填开采的工作效率。

Optimization of advance support in the road way of working face filled with cream-body
Abstract:On the basis of the field measurement, the characteristics of advanced ground pressure is analyzed in the working face filled with cream-body and the way of advanced support is optimized in the road way. Experimental studies show that, because cream-body supports overburden availably in the goaf,the ground pressure is not obvious in 2351 working face filled with cream-body in Daizhuang coal mine; And the roof above the protective pillar bears a little loading ,the ground pressure in non-working side is less than that in working side.The overburden gravity mainly acts on coal wall in front of face and cream-body in the gob. The value and main influence scope of advanced pressure in front of the working face is quite small,and the main influence scope of advanced pressure is less than 15m. Based on the characteristics of advanced ground pressure in the working face filled with cream-body ,advanced support in the rail road way changes from 3 rows to 2 and the length of the support reduces from 20m to 15m.Using the optimized way of advance support can greatly reduce labor intensity and improve the efficiency of backfill mining.
