高速钢钻头振动钻削9Cr18不锈钢微小孔的研究

摘    要:不锈钢9Cr18是航空发动机上较为常用的一种马氏体不锈钢材料,它的塑性大,粘附力强,用普通钻削的方法比 较难加工。采用中频轴向振动钻削9Cr18零件的微小孔,取得了显著的效果。试验表明,相比普通钻削,振动钻削提高 钻头寿命约10倍,并可以提高定位精度,降低钻头受力,改善孔的加工质量。

Abstract:Stainless steel 9Cr18, a kind of martensite, which is often used for aero-engine, is difficult to be processed by traditional drilling methods, because the plastic deformation is large and the adhesive force is strong. The method of longitudinal vibration machining of median frequency is used to process the 9Cr18 and then significant results are got. The results show that the life of drill is about 9 times longer than in common methods, and the force is decreased, the positioning accuracy and the quality of exit is improved.
