基于工业以太网的控制系统及其应用层协议的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种运用工业以太网技术的过程控制系统及其网络应用层协议的设计思想。控制系统的网络架构分为两层;以太网节点的硬件基于ARM7内核的处理器;软件基于uClinux嵌入式操作系统;网络的应用层协议自行定义,由C语言实现。经现场运行调试,控制系统和以太网节点均能稳定运行,且应用层协议的实时性及容错性是能够得到保障的。

Abstract:The method of designing an industrial ethernet based process control system and application layer protocal is introduced. The network architechure of control system consists of two layers; The hardware architechure of ethernet node is based on ARM7 core processor; The software architechure is based on uClinux embedded OS; The application layer protocal is customed and is realized by C language. Having been tested for a while, the whole system is reliable.
