自动电压控制(AVC)子站功能及其建设实践

摘    要:基于华能玉环电厂,论述了自动电压控制(automatic voltage control,AVC)系统功能(包括结构、调度接口方式、无功分配策略、控制模式)和分散控制系统(distributed control system,DCS)逻辑;对AVC子站在安装、调试及运行中存在的问题进行分析并提出改进措施,使AVC系统投运率和调节合格率达到优良,充分发挥了其在电力系统中无功和电压优化能力.华能玉环电厂AVC子站建设的经验可供其他电厂同类工程项目建设参考.

Abstract:Based on the Huaneng Yuhuan power plant, this paper discussed the functions of automatic voltage control (AVC) system (including structure, scheduling interface mode, reactive power allocation strategy and control mode) and distributed control system (DCS) logic. Then, the problems existing in the installation, commissioning and operation of AVC sub station were analyzed and some improvement measures were put forward, which could make the operation rate and qualified rate of regulation of the AVC system achieve good, and give full play to its optimization ability in reactive power and voltage in power system. The construction experience of AVC sub station in Huaneng Yuhuan power plant can provide reference for other similar proiects' construction in power plants.
