| 摘 要： | 通过对建筑工程预结算中定额与清单计价方式的介绍,对比分析了两种计价模式的计算方式及优缺点,并研究了定额计价与清单计价不同的应用原则,指出清单计价具有定额计价不可比拟的优势,是今后工程预结算的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | According to the introduction of the quota and bill of quantities in the architectural engineering pre-settlement,the paper compares and analyzes the calculation approaches and their advantages and disadvantages of the two calculation modes,and researches various application principles for the quota and bill of quantities,and points out the latter one has the invincible edge,so it will be the trend for the following engineering pre-settlement. |
