| Abstract: | Combining with the features for the winter construction programs and the demands for the construction progress,the paper analyzes the main contents for the winter construction programs and the technical preparation before the construction,and researches the controlling measures and methods for the concrete construction quality referring to the basic principle for the winter construction concrete project,so as to provide some reference. |
