摘    要:随着城市配电网规模的不断扩大和城乡一体化进程的加快,10 kV配网电缆线路不断增加,电缆线路不停电检修作业也亟待推广。针对电缆终端带电作业的危险点,对电缆终端作业过程进行电磁暂态仿真,对不同情况下投切空载电缆线路产生的过电压、过电流和电弧能量进行对比分析,提出了电缆终端作业过程中危险点的控制方法和防护措施。

Abstract:With the expansion of urban power distribution scale and the rapid development of urban-rural integration process, the cable lines of 10 kV distribution network increase quickly, and the non-interruption check and maintenance on cable lines needs to be promoted urgently. According to the danger points of live working on cable terminals, the electromagnetic transient simulation was carried out for cable terminal working. Then, the overvoltage, over current and arc energy caused in non-load cable switching process under different conditions were comparatively analyzed. Finally, this paper proposes control methods and protective measures for the danger points of cable terminal working.
