蒸汽驱最优方案设计新方法

摘    要:方法应用油藏工程概念及成功的蒸汽驱经验,提出了一个公式化的蒸汽驱最优方案设计新方法用的设计出最优的蒸汽驱操作条件,提高蒸汽驱采收率。结果利用油藏深度、油层厚度、单井注汽能力及排液能力,可以简便地设计出蒸汽驱的最优方案(包括布井方式、井网密度、注汽速度及排液速度等)。结论该方法只适用于一般稠油油藏垂直井蒸汽驱最优方案设计;只有准确得到油藏的实际注入能力和排液能力,才能设计出最优方案;防止油层污染,最大限度地发挥油井产能,是蒸汽驱取得较好效益的关键。

Abstract:Method Using concepts of reservoir engineering and experience of successful steamdrive, this paper presents a new formula method of optimal conceptual design for steamdrive. Purpose To design the optimal steam drive operation condition, and to enhance therecovery factor of steam drive. Result The optimal project of steam drive (including wellspacing pattern, well spacing density, steam injection rate, and discharge rate, etc. ) can beeasily designed by using reservoir depth, reservoir thickness, and steam injection capacityand discharge capacity of single well. Conclusion This method is only suitable for designingoptimal project of steam drive for vertical well in general heavy oil reservoir; only by knowing actual injection capacity and discharge capacity of the reservoir can the optimal project bedesigned; keys to successful steam drive are to prevent reservoir contamination and to bringthe oil well productivity into full play.
