新疆浅层稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐阶段剩余油特征研究

摘    要:方法运用沉积相、动态监测和密闭取心等方法,论述了克拉玛依油田首批结束蒸汽吞吐阶段的九1~九44个开发区油层动用状况和宏观剩余油特征及其控制因素。目的弄清地层剩余油状况,充分挖掘尚未动用或动用程度差的储量潜力,以继续保持蒸汽驱阶段的合理开采。结果蒸汽吞吐初期高渗透层动用程度好,中低渗透层动用程度差或未动用;末期蒸汽超覆导致油层上部为强水洗,中下部基本来驱扫或冷凝水驱动。在同一开采条件下,剩余油分布的控制因素为:油层非均质性是控制剩余油的基本因素;局部范围产地层水形成水淹区是造成剩余油的重要条件;开采条件不适应是产生剩余油的外部因素。结论完善井网和加密井距调整,是减少剩余油,改善蒸汽驱效果和提高最终采收率的有效措施;掌握合理转驱时机和开展稳油降水措施,是确保原油增产的基础。

Abstract:Method According to sedimentary facies,dynamic monitoring and sealing core drilling,this paper discusses the producing state and macrofeature of remaining oil and its controlling factor in oil-bearing formations of 4 development areas of Nine,Nine,,which have first finished steam soaking in Karamay oil field. Purpose To fully understand the state of remaining oil in the formation, to fully produce those unproduced or poorly produced reserves,and to keep on rational recovery during steam soaking period. Result In the early period of steam soaking, the high permeable layer is better produced, middle and low permeable layer is poorly produced or unproduced;steam override in the late period results in strong water wash in the upper part of the reservoir,and being unswept or condensation water drive in the middle and lower part. Under the same recovery condition,the controlling factors of remaining oildistribution are: reservoir heterogeneity is the basic factor of controlling remaining oil; waterflooded area formed by formation water produced from limited range is an important condition of forming remaining oil; unsuitable recovery scheme is the external factor of presentation of remaining oil. Conclusion The effective measures of reducing remaining oil, improving steam flooding efficiency and ultimate recovery factor are to perfect well pattern and infill well spacing;the basis for increasing crude output is to convert oil displacement measure at right time and to take measures of stabilizing oil production and reducing water cut.
