摘    要:方法针对油井各小层油层物性的差异,将油层物性相近的小层划为一个注汽单元,各注汽单元之间用热力封隔器封隔开,然后采用蒸汽分配器对各单元进行定量注汽。目的解决高周期吞吐后,渗透性好的油层在注汽时重复利用,而渗透性差的油层在注汽时吸汽量较少或不吸汽,从而导致油井含水上升和产油量下降的问题。结果1995年在欢喜岭油田齐40块共进行了3口井的分层配汽工艺试验,有效率达100%,累计增产原油2036.1t。结论分层配汽工艺可以做到在注汽时一次管柱按地层需要合理注汽,既发挥中、低渗透层的作用,又发挥高渗透层的剩余能量,提高油层的动用程度。

Abstract:Method in accordance with differences between physical properties of each layer in oil well,those layers of similar properties are grouped in a same steam injection unit. Each unit is separated by thermal packer,then steam is quantitatively injected into each unit by steam distributor. Purpose To solve the problems of water cut increasing and oil production decreasing caused by reutilization of good permeability layers and little or no steam absorption in low permeability layers during steam injection after multi-cycle steam soaking. Result Technological experiments on steam distribution in separate layers were carried out in three wells of block Qi-40 in Huanxiling oil field in 1995. The effectiveness was 100%,and cumulative oil increased was 2 036. 1 t. Conclusion Rational steam injection according to formation needs can be achieved with single pipe string by using technology of steam distribution in separate layers,thu3 utilizing middle and low permeability layers,as well as utilizing remaining energy of high permeability layers so as to enhance the producing degree of a reservoir.
