筛管悬挂防砂工艺在浅层稠油注蒸汽开发中的试验研究

摘    要:方法采用筛管悬挂防砂管柱工艺对克拉玛依六、九区浅层稠油进行砂控研究。目的合理控制浅层稠油注蒸汽开发中严重出砂问题。结果筛管悬挂防砂工艺在六、九区已经形成了一套较为成熟的砂控技术,它较砾石填充工艺简单,不必配用复杂的地面设备及各种施工用车以及费用较高的携砂液。结论筛管悬挂防砂管柱是一种适合浅层调油注蒸汽开发的防砂措施,对低产能油田尽快收回投资是一种行之有效的防砂工艺。

Abstract:Method This paper studies sand control for shallow heavy oil in block 6 and 9 in Karamay by using screen hanging sand control technology. Purpose To control serious sandproduction during steam injection development of shallow heavy oil. Result screen hangingsand control technology in block 6 and 9 has become a mature technology. It is simpler thangravel pack, does not need complex surface equipments, various operating trucks and expensive sand-laden fluid. Conclusion Screen hanging sand control pipe string is suitable forsand controlling during steam injection development of shallow heavy oil, it is effective forlow productivity oil field to recoup capital outlay as soon as possible.
