| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了如何在城市高速发展中加强对北京旧城的保护,目前已经是北京这座较大城市在城市规划建设中面临的一个突出问题。作者从规划战略角度 论述北京旧城保护的及其面临的危机,并在此基础上探讨如何通过京津冀区域整体协调发展来加强北京民保护,为进一步研究北京２１世纪可持续发展战略提供一种新的思路。
