紫外线--氯化锂复合诱变选育羧肽酶高产菌株

摘    要:对米曲霉3.042进行了紫外线-氯化锂复合诱变,筛选制霉素抗性突变株,并进行固体发酵筛选试验,共筛选出了5株正突变株。经固体发酵筛选实验,获得了一株遗传性状稳定的羧肽酶高产菌株。

Abstract:Aspergillus oryzae 3.042 was mutagenized with UV combining LiCl and nystatin-inresistant mutants were screened.All mutants were further screened through repeated solid-substrate fermentations.The results showed that the plus-mutant was obtained,but there was a mutants good stability. It was capacity of carboxypeptidase was higher.
