辐照大蒜抑制发芽的敏感期试验

摘    要:采用^60Co γ射线、电子束转换的X射线,用4个辐照剂量、4个辐照时期对4个地方的大蒜品种进行抑制试验,以明确辐照的敏感期。结果发现,2种射线辐照大蒜在休眠期只需40Gy即可抑制发芽;各品种间抑制发芽的比较敏感期的临界期:江苏太仓蒜为9月15日、河南郑州蒜和山东金乡蒜为8月22日,江苏邳州蒜则为8月15日。

Abstract:The sensitive period was determined through buds germination inhibition using~60R-ray and electron beam converted X-ray at four irradiation dosages and fourirradiation interval in four species of garlic. The results indicated that the garlicbuds germination, at dormant period by irradiation of either r-ray or X-ray at40Gy, could be inhibited, and the critical period for inhibiting buds germination were15th, Sep. for Jiangsu Taicang, 22th, Aug. for Henan Zhengzhou and ShandongJinxiang, 15th, Aug. for Jiangsu Pizhou respectively.
