| 摘 要： | 为了提高注射成型模具的维修水平,对维修工艺做了深入的探索,阐述了模具在使用过程中的损坏情况,讨论了维修工艺规程的编制,分析了编制数控设备加工的程序,研究了零件维修的加工方法和维修过程中的检验,并探讨了注射成型模具的维护、保养及报废问题。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the injection molding mold repair level,deeply on the repair process of the method are explored.First,analysis of injection mold used in the process of damage;Secondly,discusses the injection molding die repair process specification preparation;Then,analysis of the preparation of NC processing equipment,repair processing procedure of parts,repair method in the process of test;Finally,analysis of injection mold maintenance,maintenance and disposal. |
