| 摘 要： | 本文运用软系统方法论和面向对象方法的相关知识。将管理信息系统作为一种社会——技术系统。在对原有管理信息系统开发方法分析的基础上，提出了一种新的开发方法——柔性面向对象方法。并将该方法运用于某县医疗系统的开发过程，验证了该方法对提高管理信息系统柔性的有效性。

| Abstract: | Through applying soft system methodology and object-oriented method, as well as regarding MIS as one social-technical system, combining the analysis to the original development approach of MIS, this paper has put forward a kind of new development approach-Flexibility Object-oriented Approach. The efficiency of this approach on improving the flexibility of MIS has been proved by using the method to develop medical systems of some county. |
