攀枝花选钛厂工艺流程及装备优化

摘    要:分析了攀枝花选钛厂工艺流程及设备存在的问题, 并根据试验研究获得的成果, 提出了经过优化的粗细分选的全粒级钛铁矿回收工艺流程及装备, 既强化了原矿分级, 又提高了选别效率, 实现了钛铁矿的全粒级回收, 钛回收率可达到40 %以上。

Abstract:This paper analyses the existing problems of process flowsheet and equipment of panzhihua titanium concentration plant. According to the results obtained by trial investigation, the authors give the optimized technology and equipment for recovering coarsely grained and finely grained ilmenite minerals. The technology and equipment can not only intensify classification of run of mine feed, but also improve its separation efficiency, achieving all size fraction recovery of ilmenite minerals, with a titanium recovery of up to above 40%.
