| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了高锰钢的加工硬化机制，并对高锰钢常用的几种强化方法及机理的研究现状做了总结性介绍。通过对高锰钢现有的强化方法的分析，提出了以后高锰钢的主要发展方向和发展趋势。

| Abstract: | In the paper, the work hardening mechanism of Hadfield manganese steel is introduced briefly. And The research situation of several harden methods and their mechanisms of the Hadfield manganese steel is summarized. Through the analysis of the current harden methods, the future development tendency of Hadfield manganese steel is discussed. |
